Workplace Wellbeing


Our work and personal lives are rarely as separate as we might like them to be. Even less so with the increase in remote working. The strength of Life Coaching is that it is holistic and addresses all aspects of a persons life and the impact one area may be having on another.

As such, Life Coaching can be a pro-active approach to well-being in the workplace providing an avenue where staff can speak freely about all areas of their life in a confidential setting. It can help staff to cope better with stress, improve relationships within the workplace or help employees adapt to change - as well as addressing more personal issues which may be affecting their performance.

There is also evidence(1) that happier staff perform better in work, so by focusing on the whole person Life Coaching can contribute towards happier, more resilient staff who are a credit to their workplace.
